- Bowls is a concept by the brothers Siu, inspired by their father’s cooking career, who have been running The Great Wall in Kortrijk for over 35 years. Bowls is the result of their father’s teachings. We combine, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Indonesian cuisine and offer seasonal dishes with fresh ingredients.
